On our Sekurit Service webshop, as well as easy product identification, quick order entry, stock availability, order status & history, RFQ (request for quotation), you can now create a return – our webshop really is your one-stop-shop!

How to create a return?

On the website we offer a section where you are able to find an overview of all products that you have ordered on the website and via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). You can then create a return with these products. By entering photos and comments on why you want to return the product, you will receive an offer.

By accepting the offer, you agree to send back the products. After evaluation by back-office employees on our side, you will receive your money back.
